Why a website needs looking after
A WordPress website runs on software that changes every week. Most hacked websites I’m asked to fix were running plugins that hadn’t been updated in months.
On a care plan, I update everything weekly, watch for security problems, keep backups off-site and send you a report each month, so you can see what was done. On the higher plans I also spend time each month making the website better: new content, faster pages and better search results.

Yes. You can move up or down whenever you need to. Each plan includes everything in the plan before it.
No. You own the website outright, and I’ll show your team how to run it before I hand it over. You can add a care plan later if you change your mind.
Usually, yes. I check it over first so I know what I’m taking on, and I’ll tell you if anything needs fixing before it goes on a plan.
I do them as ad-hoc work. Care plan clients get 10%, 20% or 30% off, depending on their plan, on up to $1,000 of extra work each month.
