Contact usWhat themes can you work with?
WordPress themes define the style and functionality of your website, and a quality theme is one of the most important considerations for a quality website. We can work with almost any good quality theme, and have worked with most of the popular themes out there including Astra, GeneratePress, Divi, Hello Elementor, Salient, Avada, X, Blocksy, Uncode & BeTheme. We also work with newer Full Site Editing (FSE) block based themes like Bricksy, Frost, Ollie & Spectra One.Â
After learning about your business and requirements we’ll recommend the theme that is the best fit for your business, with the right balance of features, performance, ease of use & future compatibility.
What page builders do you work with?
A WordPress page builder allows anyone working with the website to build and customise layouts and pages without having to code everything from scratch. A page builder is going to be a necessary requirement for almost any WordPress based website, but choosing the right one is important.
WordPress comes with a default page builder Gutenberg, which is a great option that doesn’t rely on any third party add ons. Gutenberg and the block editor are still relatively new and changing frequently, so in many scenarios a third party page builder can be a better option.
We work with most major page builders including Bricks Builder, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi Builder & WP Bakery Composer.Â
Just like themes, for a quality website it’s important to choose a good page builder that is the right fit for your business. Each option comes with pros, and cons, and we’ll make a recommendation based on your business and specific requirements.
What plugins can you work with?
Plugins can add functionality or features to your website. There are thousands of plugins across many categories in the Wordpress repository. We have experience and have worked with most of the major plugins, including the below.

Exactly what plugins are required on your website depends highly on your business, but also the theme and page builder you’re using. It’s best practice to limit the use of plugins only where they are required. We’ll guide and advise on what combinations of plugins are required and will work well for your business.

WordPress is a highly secure Content Management System (CMS), but it’s critical that it’s setup and configured well. When WordPress is setup with a good quality host, quality plugins, regular updates and best practices it is a very secure platform.

What ongoing costs are there for a WordPress website?
Almost any website will come with some ongoing costs. While the WordPress platform is free, there are still most likely going to be ongoing costs for hosting, domain, plugins and themes for your website. For most small business websites, these should be minimal. Here is a basic overview of what to expect:
- Website hosting: This stores your website files and serves them up to users. Expect to pay $25 – $50 per month for a small business website for a good quality Wordpress specific host.
- Domain name: This is the address for your website (eg businessname.com.au). A .com.au or .com domain name should cost $20- $30 annually.
- Plugin and theme renewals: This will depend on your website setup, this could be anywhere from $0, to $100-$200 per year, depending on what plugins and themes your website uses.
It’s also important to keep your website up to date. This is something you can 100% do yourself. If you did want a more hands-off approach, we have a range of website care plans to manage the site for you.
