How do the premium plugin licenses work and what's included?
Our website care plans include a selection of premium plugins based on what plan you’re on. We simply keep these plugins up-to-date and licensed on your site as part of your website care plan. This does not mean you get an individual / transferable licence for these plugins.Â

How often do you perform updates?
We perform plugin and theme updates on a weekly basis to ensure your website stays current with the latest features and security patches.
Am I locked into a long term contract?
Our care plans operate on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day cancellation policy. There’s no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
Do I need a care plan if my website is already built?
While not mandatory, a care plan is highly recommended. Websites require ongoing maintenance to stay secure, fast, and effective. Without regular care, your site may become vulnerable to security threats, experience performance issues, or fall behind in search engine rankings.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my care plan?
Absolutely, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your care plan at any time with 30 days notice. We’ll work with you to ensure a smooth transition between plans.
What if I need more updates than my plan allows?
If any requested changes or updates are outside your care plan allocation, we’ll let you know and can either changes updates to fit within your plan, or provide a quote for any additional time involved.
How does a website care plan keep my site secure?
Our care plans include regular plugin vulnerability scans and updates to keep your website protected. Our Standard and Premium plans also include uptime monitoring, Cloudflare Enterprise CDN, and security patching to keep your site protected. We’ll alert you of any issues and take necessary actions to resolve them promptly.
What's the difference between the Starter, Standard, and Ultimate plans?
The main differences lie in the level of service and inclusions:

- Standard: Adds content updates, SEO audits, uptime monitoring and performance optimisation.
