If your website experiences downtime, I’ll be notified immediately through my monitoring systems and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No, all care plans operate on a monthly basis with a simple 30-day cancellation policy.
Will you help with content updates?
Yes, both the Professional and Ultimate plans include dedicated time each month for content updates and on-site SEO improvements.
What if I need help outside of what's included in my plan?
If you need additional assistance beyond what’s included in your plan, I can provide an estimate for any additional work, or if non-urgent I can schedule for the following month. Website care plan members receive a discounted hourly rate based on the plan. Note this is limited to ad-hoc work on additional time up to $1000 in any given month, anything larger will need to be quoted as a separate project.
Is hosting included in all plans?
Yes, quality website hosting is included in all care plans, with Ultimate plans receiving high-performance hosting. You can opt to use hosting, but if you run into any hosting related issues then you would need to resolve these with your hosting provider.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades or downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.
How do I know what's being done to my website?
Each month, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining all maintenance performed, along with performance metrics and any custom work (if applicable).
